Why does simply rinsing with water
not solve the biofilm problem?
In medical and pharmaceutical environments, microbiological threats can persist on surfaces, equipment, infrastructure components, in technological spaces, and in areas beyond the reach of standard hand disinfection. Standard methods often do not cover the entire operating space and hard-to-reach zones. EHT disinfection using ClO₂ technology and ULV fogging supports effective control of microbiology in surfaces and spaces requiring a high level of hygiene.
Why is standard disinfection not always sufficient?
In production environments, microorganisms can develop:
- in biofilm,
- technological systems,
- CIP area,
- in structural gaps,
- and in hard-to-reach areas for standard cleaning.
Surface disinfection often eliminates only the visible problem, without removing the source of microbiological contamination.
The EHT technology, based on ClO₂ and ULV fogging, effectively covers both surfaces and production spaces in the disinfection process, reducing the risk of recontamination.
Standard disinfection
It operates mainly at specific points and may not cover hard-to-reach areas, ventilation systems, technical spaces, infrastructure elements, and zones outside the reach of manual application.
Disinfection
EHT
It uses ClO₂ technology and ULV fogging, enabling uniform disinfection of surfaces, equipment, and areas requiring stable microbiological control.
Every industry faces different challenges. We tailor our solutions accordingly.
Medical facilities
Operating rooms, examination rooms, common areas, and technical rooms require regular microbiological monitoring to maintain a high level of hygiene of surfaces and spaces.
Laboratories and controlled rooms
Laboratories, controlled zones, and technical infrastructure require disinfection tailored to high standards of cleanliness and stable microbiological control.
Pharmaceutical production
Surfaces, equipment, and technological spaces require a high level of hygiene to limit the risk of secondary contamination and support process safety.
Difficult-to-access spaces
Ventilation systems, confined spaces, and areas beyond the reach of manual application require technology that allows for uniform disinfection of the entire space.
Plant rooms and infrastructure
Elements of infrastructure, technical facilities and auxiliary surfaces can be places where microorganisms persist and sources of secondary contamination.
High microbial control zones
Areas requiring special hygiene need a disinfection process tailored to the risk level, type of space, and the facility's operational requirements.
What are the benefits of EHT technology?
High level of microbiological control EHT disinfection helps maintain stable hygiene of surfaces, equipment, and spaces in medical and pharmaceutical environments.
Reduced risk of secondary contamination: The process helps to reduce the number of microorganisms present on surfaces, infrastructure components and in technical areas.
Effective disinfection of hard-to-reach spaces: ULV fogging allows disinfection of areas beyond the reach of standard manual application, including ventilation systems and large volumes.
Operational safety support: Microbiological space monitoring helps to limit the risk of hygiene disruptions in medical facilities, laboratories and pharmaceutical production.
Stability of hygiene processes: Regular disinfection of surfaces and spaces supports the maintenance of repeatable hygiene standards in facilities with heightened requirements.
Restriction of opportunistic microorganisms The process helps to reduce the risk of environmental bacteria, environmental viruses, surface biofilm, and other microbiological hazards.
Process tailored to the object: We select the technology, parameters, and application method according to the type of space, the level of risk, and the operational requirements of the medical or pharmaceutical environment.
Modern ULV and ClO₂ technology The combination of ULV fogging with ClO₂ technology supports effective disinfection of large spaces, surfaces, and areas requiring high microbiological control.
What does the EHT microbiological testing process involve?
Risk and production environment analysis
We assess the level of microbiological hazards, critical areas and places with increased risk of biofilm development.
Selection of technology and process parameters
We design a disinfection process tailored to the type of installation, the nature of production, and the operational requirements of the plant.
Disinfection process implementation
We carry out professional disinfection of surfaces and spaces using ClO₂ and ULV technology.
Effectiveness check and recommendations
We are verifying the effectiveness of the process and preparing recommendations to support the maintenance of high production hygiene standards.
Disinfection is a reaction.
Microbiological control is a strategy.
Disinfection as an emergency measure
Implemented in case of:
- detection of contamination,
- quality problems,
- recurrence of micro-organisms,
- the need for rapid production safeguarding.
The aim of the process is to mitigate the threat and restore safe production conditions.
Preventative disinfection
Regular support activities:
- stable microbiology of the production environment,
- risk of contamination limitation,
- product safety,
- plant's operational continuity,
- maintaining high hygiene standards.
Modern disinfection is not just about reacting. It's about building an environment where microbiological threats have limited opportunities to develop.

FAQ
You most often ask
Why is the disinfection of spaces important in medicine and pharmacy?
In medical and pharmaceutical environments, microorganisms can persist on surfaces, equipment, infrastructure components, in technological spaces, and hard-to-reach areas.
Which areas can be disinfected?
The process may include operating rooms, consulting rooms, laboratories, controlled rooms, technical rooms, common areas and pharmaceutical production spaces.
Does ULV fogging reach hard-to-reach places?
Yes. ULV technology allows for the disinfection of large volumes, ventilation systems, hard-to-reach areas, and places beyond the reach of standard manual application.
What microbiological hazards can be controlled?
Disinfection supports the limitation of surface biofilm, environmental bacteria, environmental viruses, secondary surface contamination, and opportunistic microorganisms.
What do medical and pharmaceutical companies gain?
The process supports a high level of microbiological control, the stability of hygienic processes, operational safety, and the reduction of the risk of secondary contamination.
